Frequently Asked Questions

We accept all makes and models of cars! We do occasionally put an age restriction on vehicles depending on the condition.

Certain manufacturers only entrust shops that have undergone training and equipment inspections before allowing them to be certified. Typically these programs also restrict parts ordering to only certified shops. By choosing a certified repair facility you can ensure that the parts that need to be replaced will be replaced, that the vehicle’s original warranty is maintained, and that the crash safety of the vehicle is maintained.

Typically our repair process follows a few basic steps:

  • Blueprinting – Our estimator works with the technician to discover any hidden damages, additional parts needed, and plan out the repair flow through the shop. Additional parts are typically ordered at this time as well. A copy of our repair plan is sent to your insurer to update their cost based estimate.
  • Waiting for parts and insurer response – this phase sometimes takes the longest. Structural repairs, body repairs, and paint work, then onto the final reassemble, detail and QC process.

Our business is still run by the same family that started it over 75 years ago. We are locally owned and operated and take great pride in what we do. Our desire is to return any vehicle we work on to as close to pre-loss condition as we possibly can. Safety and quality are our number one priority.
